  • Second Level Support für Client Systeme und Endgeräte: PCs, Notebooks, Drucker sowie weitere Peripherie
  • Dispatching und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
  • Durchführung von Hardwareaustausch sowie Garantieabwicklungen
  • Hard- und Softwarediagnosen
  • Fehlerbehebung Hard- und Software
  • Datenrettung und Datenwiederherstellung
  • Installation von Notebooks und PCs

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung im 2nd Level Umfeld: Entstörung und Fehlerbeseitigung an Hard- und Software
  • Erfahrung mit Inbetriebnahme von Hardware
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
