Requirements

  • 13+ years SAP SuccessFactors, with 5+ years SuccessFactors integrations
  • Strong Integration Center, OData/REST APIs, SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite
  • Employee Central (EC) integration experience
  • Third-party HR/vendor integrations, especially First Advantage + UKG
  • DISA integration/connector exposure is a major advantage
  • OAuth, certificates, SFTP, JSON/XML, web services, API testing
  • Integration architecture: mapping, transformations, authentication, security, monitoring/error handling
  • Experience leading SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment and hypercare
  • Functional understanding of EC, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation, IAS/SSO
