Power BI Architect - Enterprise Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale Business Intelligence and analytics solutions., Design and architect scalable enterprise Power BI solutions for reporting and analytics. Define BI architecture, data models, semantic models, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards. Design and optimize Power BI datasets and analytical models using DAX and Power Query. Lead Tabular Model and Semantic Layer architecture and design. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Drive migration and modernization initiatives from legacy BI platforms to Power BI. Integrate Power BI with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS, Redshift, or similar technologies. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), governance frameworks, Power BI Service administration, and enterprise security standards. Establish and manage CI/CD, deployment pipelines, Git integration, and development best practices. Lead requirement workshops, architecture reviews, and technical solution discussions. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to BI development teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI architecture, DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, data warehousing, SQL, governance, security, and modern cloud data platforms. This is a senior technical and client-facing role requiring hands-on architecture expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to design scalable enterprise BI solutions., 12+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or related technologies. Deep expertise in Power BI architecture and enterprise implementation. Advanced DAX and Power Query experience. Strong Data Modeling and Dimensional Modeling expertise. Experience designing Tabular Models and Semantic Layers. Strong SQL expertise. Experience with Power BI Service Administration and Governance. Hands-on experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS). Experience with CI/CD, Deployment Pipelines, and Git integration. Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
