Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field
0-3 years of professional or internship experience in software development
Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or C++
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
Experience with Git and collaborative version-control workflows

What You’ll Do (Typical Responsibilities Across Client Engagements)

Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications end-to-end
Develop and consume REST APIs; integrate front-end interfaces with backend services and databases
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
Build responsive UI components using React, Angular, or Vue.js
Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD-based deployment workflows
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery
