Workday Integration Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Workday and external systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations, inbound and outbound data flows, APIs, integration tools, and programming languages such as Java or Python. This is an urgent and critical requirement. Candidates should be able to work independently and have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications.
• Build integrations using Workday integration tools and custom development.
• Work with APIs, web services, data formats, and integration concepts.
• Perform integration testing and support deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
• Develop scalable and reliable integration solutions.
• Provide production support, maintenance, and enhancements for Workday integrations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data formats, and integration concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle technical assignments.
• Workday Certification is required/preferred.
