Java Developer

Must be willing to mentor other team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for application development of Java/J2EE and Cloud Native environments, REST APIs, Micro Services, Relational and NoSQL Databases. Seeking Senior Java Developer with the Spring Boot experience for an existing scrum team. The ideal candidate will apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to support the launch of new business capabilities. Assist in the resolution of troubleshooting production issues, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enjoys working in an Agile team environment, and familiar with pair programming. Design and development of Cloud native applications using Spring Cloud, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Microservices, and Terraform Experienced in Spring Framework Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Batch Extensive knowledge in designing Restful APIs and configuring endpoints on API Gateway Integration technologies; such as SOAP, JMS, and REST Experience with Micro Services architecture principles Experience and familiarity with Cloud Native technologies/Framework Gradle and Maven build frameworks CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins pipelines/Concourse, Maven, Nexus, Gradle, Git Experience with databases like MySQL, Azure SQL, NoSQL and Redis Cache Experience with Federated Identity Management Platforms such as Okta and auth0 Solid Experience in the application implementation of defensive coding practices Safe and Agile experience Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Experience working with contractors and system integrators
