Python Software Developer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern, responsive front-end applications. Build and manage data layers using relational and NoSQL databases. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and orchestration workflows. Collaborate with product, QA, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability. Be available and responsive during Austin business hours to align with the broader team.

Python strong, hands-on development experience. Databases RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and/or MongoDB. Frontend proficiency in at least one popular framework: Svelte, Angular, React, or Next.js.CI/CD & DevOpsDocker containerization and Kubernetes (k8s) orchestration. Other Requirements Integrity and ownership takes responsibility seriously and works diligently and honestly. Reliability dependable, self-driven, and consistent in delivery. Collaboration works well within a team and communicates clearly. Problem-solving mindset proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Based in or near Austin, Texas (not a deal-breaker; strong candidates elsewhere in the USA are welcome).Experience working in a distributed/remote engineering team.
