Job description
The Salesforce Administrator / Developer is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, optimization and analysis of the company’s Salesforce environment, with primary focus on Sales Cloud and potential future support for Service Cloud. This role supports sales, marketing and customer operations through system configuration, reporting, process improvement, user support and data stewardship. The position will also grow to support adjacent go-to-market systems, primarily HubSpot, and is expected to grow into broader SaaS platform ownership over time. Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce, including user setup, security, profiles, roles, permissions, page layouts, fields, objects, flows, validation rules and related configuration.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce to support business processes across sales, marketing and customer operations.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis that improve visibility, decision-making and operational accountability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, identify gaps and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Support data quality, data hygiene and governance practices across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, user requests and production support needs in a timely and reliable manner.
- Support system enhancements, release activities, testing, documentation, training and user adoption.
- Assist with integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities centered around Salesforce and connected business systems.
- Provide support for adjacent SaaS tools, primarily HubSpot, with opportunity to expand ownership over time.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce support or a closely related systems role.
- 3+ Development in Salesforce development using Apex and declarative automation tools (ie, Flows)
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud preferred.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, user support, process improvement and system configuration in Salesforce.
- Experience supporting adjacent go-to-market platforms such as HubSpot or similar SaaS tools.
- Experience in a similar company environment or in an entry-level role within a comparable vertical.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and structured change processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, reliability, sound judgment and the ability to adapt to new challenges while operating within defined processes.
