Junior Data Engineer (Data Analytics Engineer - Data Modeling)

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Engineer with strong experience in DBT, Snowflake, SQL, and dimensional data modeling to help build and maintain the analytical foundation supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative Analytics Engineer who enjoys working with teammates and stakeholders to transform complex source data into well-designed star-schema models using DBT and Snowflake. The candidate should be passionate about data modeling, engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and building reliable analytical solutions. Top 3 Required Skills / Technologies * DBT Strong hands-on experience with DBT development and testing.

• Snowflake & SQL Strong experience with Snowflake and SQL optimization.

• GitHub Experience with GitHub and collaborative version control practices., The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing star-schema data models, developing DBT models and testing frameworks, and optimizing SQL workloads in Snowflake. This role requires close collaboration with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted, analytics-ready datasets. Required

• Strong hands-on experience with DBT development and testing.
• Strong experience with Snowflake and SQL optimization.
• Proven experience designing and implementing star-schema dimensional models.
• Deep understanding of fact and dimension modeling and analytical data warehouse concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with Python or Power Query.
• DP-203 or SnowPro certification is preferred.
