Urgent Need - ServiceNow Nuvolo Developer

• Develop, customize, and maintain Nuvolo applications within the ServiceNow platform.

• Create and enhance ServiceNow components using:

• JavaScript
• GlideScript
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Actions
• Design and configure ServiceNow portals, forms, views, and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Service Portal technologies.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Nuvolo/ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Configure workflows, service catalog items, incident management processes, and facilities management modules.
• Support asset management, preventive maintenance, work management, inventory management, and facilities operations functionality.

• Develop data migration solutions using:

• ServiceNow Import Sets
• ETL processes
• Data transformation workflows

• Configure security and access controls, including:

• ACLs
• User criteria
• Data separation models
• Assignment/routing rules
• Build automation flows supporting maintenance scheduling, inventory processes, and operational workflows.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and Nuvolo application upgrades.
• Develop reports, dashboards, operational metrics, and performance analytics.
• Prepare technical documentation and monthly status updates., * Work schedule generally aligns with standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support for maintenance windows or production issues.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow application development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring the Nuvolo platform.

• Strong proficiency with:

• JavaScript
• GlideScript
• HTML
• CSS
• ServiceNow development framework
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow data migration, Import Sets, and transformation processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow application issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Facilities Management, or ERP-related ServiceNow solutions.

Security Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required NIST facility access credentials.
• Experience supporting government or regulated environments preferred.
