LANSCAPE PROJECT ENGINEER

Nussbaum Group is searching for a Landscape Project Engineer to support the management and implementation of exceptional landscapes for high-end residential projects and are seeking candidates that demonstrate a knowledge of construction and the ability to assess solutions to landscape construction challenges. This role assists in accurate budget creation and all aspects of project management in-office to address all aspects of our work. It is a great opportunity to join the ownership of the company and grow through constant mentoring and learning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., * Assists the Construction Project Manager (CPM) in preparing landscape budgets for projects.

• Assists in the preparation of change orders for construction projects.
• Proactively communicates with CPMs to ensure that the projects are running smoothly.
• Participates in horticulture, equipment and safety training and exemplifies standards.
• Develop and maintain beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality of product and accurate pricing.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * A minimum of 2 years of professional landscape construction project management experience or related building and/or field experience.

• Certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Construction Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• 2+ years (Entry Level) of client service experience within landscape, nursery retail/ wholesale, or a similar high-end customer service industry.
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion to learn, attention to details and a desire to provide quality service and results.
• Valid, current WA driver’s license

This is a full-time position. Pay range: $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience
