Job description
We are looking for a driven, passionate, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack developer / senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the end-to-end architecture of AEM-based solutions. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, integrating AEM with other systems, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions. Also bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that digital platforms are scalable, secure, and high-performing. This includes tasks like implementing custom components, templates, and workflows, Sling, OSGi, and JCR within the AEM framework, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks by leveraging AEM’s latest features.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unit testing?, * AEM Expertise: Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and authoring environment.
- Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Back-end Technologies: Experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- AEM Core Components: Experience with AEM Core Components, templates, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, services , workflows, Sling Models, and HTL.
- API Integration: Experience integrating AEM with other systems using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Testing and Debugging: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service , including dispatcher configurations, CDN caching strategies, and cloud deployment technologies or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- SDLC: Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Skills (Plus):
- Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of Search technologies (e.g., Lucidworks, Apache Solr).
- Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Headless AEM implementations.
- Experience with Git and Cloud Manager deployment
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional Background : Typically requires 10-12+ years in enterprise IT, with at least 5-6 years specifically focused on AEM architecture and implementation.
- Certifications : Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AEM Architect is highly preferred and often mandatory for senior roles.
Mandatory Skills: Adobe AEM .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
