Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Portfolio Implementation Technology team, you’ll design, build, and support the systems that implement investment decisions. You will work collaboratively with a strong team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement software components and applications across the full stack - web, mobile, desktop, and platform-level services

Influence architecture and drive technical decisions across the team, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health

Partner with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to turn business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and test plans

Support the full delivery lifecycle: design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and production support, We believe that in person interactions inspire and energize our community and are essential to our culture. 5+ years of experience designing and developing durable and impactful software solutions with exposure to AI-driven agentic engineering practices

Comfortable with SDLC tools such as issue tracking (JIRA / Linear), source code management (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions), IDEs (VS Code / IntelliJ / Eclipse), AI tools (Claude Code / GitHub Copilot), Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Languages (Java / Python / TypeScript), and databases (Oracle / MySQL)

The base salary range for this position is: USD 90,000 - 180,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
