Data Scientist- Dutch

The profile we are looking for is for the analysis of this (sub)project. Experience as a Power BI developer / expert is indispensable for this.

We are working on the development of a new data platform in the Azure Cloud environment. Through Datafactory and Databricks, ELT pipelines are set up to feed the data lake of the client’s data platform. The Client data platform serves as a source for data warehouses that are accessed via PowerBI. In addition, these datasets can also be used as a source for data analysis and data research via self-developed Python & R software models. The Client platform is therefore broader than just an enterprise data warehouse platform.

As a Power BI Analyst/Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing complex reporting needs and translating them into powerful, visually appealing, and functional Power BI solutions. You will play a key role in modeling and building out the semantic models for the datasets and developing advanced reports and dashboards that provide strategic insights to the organization.

As a data scientist with experience as a Power BI analyst/developer, you will be part of the technical DWH team of the Client He/She works closely with the architect of the Client data platform project.

You will take on the following core tasks within this team:

• Performing in-depth analyses of company data and reporting requirements.

• Design, build, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Modeling complex datasets and developing data models that are scalable and performant.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Optimize existing Power BI reports and data models for better performance and usability.

We are seeking for someone who has a strong powerBI background with certification and motivated his career towards Data Scientist.
