In the quest for excellence, our client is seeking to appoint a highly skilled Program Manager, Data Management with a specialization in BCBS239 projects. This dynamic, contract position offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative initiatives within a complex and fast-paced business environment. Role & Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of program and projects to ensure adherence to the Banking Committee on Banking Supervision’s standard number 239 (BCBS239). Facilitate the coordination of efforts across multiple IT and business change teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives. Manage risks and resolve issues that affect program scope, quality, and schedule. Monitor progress, performance, and quality metrics to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. Communicate consistently with stakeholders about project status, milestones, and deliverables. Engage and negotiate with suppliers and external partners, where required, to meet program goals.

Proven experience as a Programme Manager in Information Technology Change and Business Change within the financial sector. In-depth knowledge and application experience of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) standards, particularly BCBS239. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Superior stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving needs.
