AI Business Manager - Technology InnovationGlobal Investment BankSalary: Up to £85,000 + 10-15% bonusLocation: London - 4 days per week in the officeWe are supporting a leading global investment bank in the search for a Business Manager to join their Technology Innovation function in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for AI, automation and emerging technology who wants to work closely with senior Technology and business stakeholders. The role sits within a team focused on driving innovation across the organisation, helping to identify opportunities for new technology, communicate the value of AI initiatives and support the delivery and adoption of innovation programmes across the bank. We are particularly interested in candidates from Business Management, Business Analysis, Technology, Transformation or Innovation backgrounds. Experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking or another large enterprise environment would be highly beneficial. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior stakeholders across Technology Innovation with strategic and business management activitiesHelp identify and communicate opportunities for AI, automation and emerging technologiesWork with Technology and business teams to understand requirements, opportunities and challengesTranslate complex technology concepts into clear, commercially focused business messagesDevelop presentations, briefing papers, executive updates and other materials for senior stakeholdersSupport the management and tracking of the Technology Innovation portfolioCoordinate innovation workshops, town halls, leadership sessions and engagement eventsDevelop case studies and communications showcasing AI and technology initiativesProduce reporting and management information for senior leadershipWork across multiple initiatives, ensuring actions, priorities and deliverables are well coordinatedSupport the adoption and wider awareness of new technology capabilities across the

organisationBuild strong relationships across Technology and business functions Required ExperienceExperience as a Business Manager, Business Analyst or similar roleGenuine interest and enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging technologyAbility to understand technology concepts and connect them to business opportunitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with senior stakeholders across Technology and/or business functionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to different audiencesStrong organisational and project management skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience within Financial Services, Investment Banking or a large enterprise environment preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking or another large, complex organisationExposure to AI transformation, automation or technology innovation programmesExperience supporting senior Technology leadership or a Technology COO / Business Management functionExperience developing executive-level presentations and communicationsExposure to business analysis, transformation, change or programme deliveryUnderstanding of how technology is used to improve business processes and operating modelsInterest in the practical application of Generative AI and other emerging technologies The OpportunityThis role would suit a Business Manager or Business Analyst who is genuinely excited by AI and wants to move into a role with significant exposure to technology innovation within a global financial institution.
