Job description

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM programmes
Act as the primary client interface and build strong, trusted relationships
Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
Develop and manage robust programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology
Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
Support pre-sales and business development activities

Requirements

Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)
Strong background in programme and project methodologies such as MSP and PRINCE2
Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes across complex environments
