Job description

With your technical expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Demonstrate technical and engineering leadership that helps build the next generation of machine learning and data analytics capabilities in the customer conversations domain.
  • Act as a TL, providing guidance to engineers on multiple work streams on Generative AI and mentor junior engineers and interns.
  • Drive machine learning projects by using the latest techniques and approaches in machine learning, especially in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Drive engineering projects and build applied machine learning products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g. TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing., * 3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
  • Experience in one or more general programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
  • Familiarity with the syntax and semantics of the language, as well as the common data structures and algorithms used in software development.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of machine learning and NLP, with the ability to apply these principles to solve real-world problems, developments in Deep Learning and Language Modeling, especially Generative AI and Large Language Models.
