This is a hands-on role, and includes building Retool applications, integrating our platform into the customers stack, and advising on end-to-end solutions. In addition to working directly with our customers, this role advises our system-integration partners on best practices and provides delivery oversight to our highest-visibility engagements. and selling professional services engagementsBe a thought partner to Retool customers to help them build out complex internal tools for new teams and use casesAssist with partner enablement and certificationServe as a trusted advisor to our customersIdentify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertiseWork collaboratively and have very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinkingIdentify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolutionManage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partnersTHE SKILLSET YOU’LL BRING:5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer.Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.Passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems creatively, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.Exceptional technical communication skills, translating customer requirements between business and technical teams to drive successful implementations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
