Odoo Developer & Implementation Specialist

At INCYE, a leading company in temporary steel structures, we are looking for an Odoo Developer & Implementation Specialist to support the implementation and continuous development of our ERP system.In this role, you will contribute both to the technical development and to the analysis and optimization of our business processes.You will play a key role in the company’s digital transformation, working closely with different departments to adapt Odoo to our business needs and ensure a successful implementation.What will you be doing?Configure and customize standard Odoo modules.Develop new modules and custom functionalities when required.Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications through APIs.Analyze internal business processes and propose ERP-driven improvements.Manage users, access rights, and system configuration.Migrate data from legacy applications and databases.Identify system issues, propose solutions, and ensure the ERP operates efficiently.Train and support end users throughout the implementation process.Collaborate with external technology partners when necessary.What are we looking for?Proven experience implementing and developing Odoo (version 17 or later).Strong knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework.Experience developing custom Odoo modules.Solid knowledge of MySQL.Experience working with APIs and system integrations.Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different departments.Fluent English.Spanish is a plus.What we offer:We offer the opportunity to join a strategic digital transformation project where you will have a real impact on the business, with long-term stability and excellent opportunities for professional growth.This is a permanent full-time position with flexibility regarding your location.However, the successful candidate must be willing to travel and spend approximately three months per year in Spain, working alongside our teams during key stages of the implementation project.We offer a competitive salary package, aligned with your experience, technical expertise, and the value you bring to the organization.If you are looking to take a leading role in a long-term digital transformation project and make a real impact through the implementation of Odoo, we would love to hear from you.
