Implementation Consultant

Our customers rely on our software to manage equipment sales, rentals, service operations, parts inventory, finance, and customer relationships. As we continue to expand across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, we are looking for talented Implementation Consultants to help customers successfully adopt and realize value from our solutions., The Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading customers through the successful implementation, configuration, training, and adoption of our ERP, DMS, and Integrated Rental software solutions.

Working closely with customers, project managers, product teams, and support teams, you will analyze business processes, recommend best-practice solutions, configure applications, facilitate training, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey from project kickoff through go-live and post-implementation support.

This role combines business consulting, software implementation, customer training, change management, and project delivery responsibilities., Customer Implementation & Consulting

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer business processes and operational requirements.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend software configurations aligned with best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional system designs and implementation plans.
• Configure and validate application settings to meet customer needs.
• Support data migration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Identify implementation risks and provide mitigation recommendations.

Training & Change Management

• Deliver virtual and on-site end-user training programs.
• Develop customer-specific training materials and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions for customer teams.
• Guide customers through organizational and process changes associated with new software adoption.
• Encourage user engagement and ensure customers are prepared for successful go live.

Project Delivery

• Support assigned implementation workstreams within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Attend and provide input into regular project status meetings with customer stakeholders.
• Support meeting implementation milestones and maintain project documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and customer transition to support teams.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer processes and software utilization.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Development, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Provide customer feedback to influence future product enhancements.
• Share implementation best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives., * Deliver successful customer implementations on time and within scope.
• Drive strong user adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Help customers optimize their operational processes.
• Serve as a product and industry expert.
• Contribute to improved implementation methodologies and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing ERP, DMS, Rental Management, Business Management, or SaaS software solutions.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops, training sessions, and business process discussions.
• Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and software implementation methodologies.
• Experience working directly with customers in a consultative capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically., * Experience in the equipment dealership, construction equipment, agriculture, industrial machinery, transportation, or equipment rental industries.
• Understanding of accounting principles including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience with ERP systems, Dealer Management Systems, Rental Management software, CRM, or business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience with software training and change management programs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-site business operations.
