Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain our hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is responsible for systems administration, cybersecurity, networking, endpoint management, disaster recovery, and day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, personable and comfortable managing a wide range of infrastructure technologies in a fast-paced environment., * Administer and maintain server infrastructure in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.

• Manage virtualization infrastructure, including VM provisioning, storage, networking, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Administer Active Directory environments, including identity management, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC permissions.
• Manage firewall infrastructure, VPN connectivity, NAT policies, network security configurations, and remote access solutions.
• Maintain endpoint security platforms, perform vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and incident response activities.
• Deploy and manage endpoint compliance policies, security baselines, and device management configurations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and other third-party software services.
• Support enterprise networking, VLAN configuration, and IP address management.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring and alerting using monitoring platforms.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Perform SQL Server backup and restore operations and assist with basic SQL administration and querying.
• Administer storage platforms, including iSCSI storage connectivity, clustered storage, and file shares.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems, including local snapshots, cloud replication, recovery testing, and cloud storage replication.
• Provide day-to-day helpdesk troubleshooting and technical support.
• Coordinate and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and customer deployment projects.
• Support future cloud infrastructure initiatives and modernization efforts.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and security controls.

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Experience administering Windows server environments and cloud infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of virtualization platforms, networking, firewalls, and endpoint security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of backup/disaster recovery best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise IT environments and supporting end users.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
