Ci Poly Systems Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a rapidly growing cyber operations environment. This individual will be responsible for user onboarding, system administration, account management, automation, documentation, and operational support across multiple networks and platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands how to prioritize competing requests, and continuously looks for opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks.

This role supports both virtual and physical infrastructure and requires strong collaboration across multiple organizations and mission partners.

Responsibilities include:

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests

Support onboarding and offboarding activities

Administer Windows and Linux environments

Develop scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency

Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs

Manage service requests and ticket queues

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts

Support virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V

Coordinate with external organizations to resolve infrastructure-related issues

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly

4-7 years of Systems Administration experience

Windows and Linux administration experience

Experience with scripting and automation:

PowerShell

Bash

Python

Experience managing accounts and access controls

Experience working ticket queues and IT support processes

Strong documentation skills VMware

Hyper-V

Networking fundamentals

STIG compliance

Security hardening

Experience supporting classified environments
