Senior Performance Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group.The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!?Functions & Responsibilities: Manage data sources to effectively report power plants operation (internal reports and official reports to CTGI) Collaborate with advanced techniques to analyze our assets operation.Propose and improve existing KPIs to increase power plants generation.Support the engineering team to conduct data-driven Root Cause Analysis Collaborate with other departments for reporting purposes Support the proper implantation of automatic data triggers to identify premature malfunction of our generation systems.Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics At least 8 years of experience in the energy industry, and in a similar role.Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1) , Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2) , both written and verbal.It would be very valuable if you had: Knowledge and experience in Programming in Python, R; Databases modelling using SQL; and, Power BI Dashboards Management .Experience in KPIs definition.Experience in Data Analysis for Renewable Energy.Experience in Alarms Mitigation .Critical thinking and attention to detail; Problem-solving; and, Adaptability.Why Join Us?At CTGE , we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose.As part of our team, you’ll benefit from: Opportunities to work in a forward-thinking, environmentally conscious industry.Career development and growth opportunities.?
