Data Migration SystemAbout the roleWe are looking for aData Migration Systemto join an international project.In this role, you will work onData Migration and Data Management initiatives, supporting major business transformation programs across enterprise systems.You will contribute to the design, governance and execution of data migration solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and external partners.If you have experience inData Migration, Data Management and enterprise environmentsand are looking for your next challenge in an international and highly regulated environment, this could be your next opportunity!What you’ll doLead and supportData Migration and Data Management initiativesacross global programs.Define and contribute toend-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks and technical standards.Work on data migration solutions supportingERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures and system transformations.Leaddata discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mappingactivities.Support data architecture decisions to ensure consistency across systems and platforms.Review technical designs,data transformation rules, validation procedures and reconciliation approaches.Define and supportmigration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures and go-live readiness criteria.Contribute to the definition ofbest practices, methodologies, templates and governance modelsfor migration projects.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.Collaborate withEnterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance and Securityteams.Must Have3+ years of experienceleading Data Migration initiatives.Strong experience inData Migration and Data Management.Knowledge ofSAP architecture and SAP data models.Experience withETL processes and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions.Experience working withSQL databases and data analysis tools.Experience inpharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.Professional / FluentEnglish (C1) and Spanish.?Nice to HaveExperience withAWSor other Cloud-based Data Migration environments.Understanding ofsystem integrations, enterprise platforms and network connectivity.Experience withdata validation, reconciliation and testing methodologies.Understanding ofGxP regulated environments.Experience deliveringglobal business transformation projects.Experience working withmigration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities.Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating with external vendors.Experience combiningtechnical responsibilities with project coordination.Hybrid model - 2 days on site per weekWhy join this project?People first- diverse and inclusive culture in aninternational environment.Work onhigh-impact Data & Insights initiativesacrossbusiness performance,operations,finance, andcommercial domains.Help shape howdata supports strategic decision-makingacross alarge international organisation.Explore the evolution ofAI-driven analytics,productivity tools, anddata discoverability.??
