Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of project management experience. 3+ years of project management experience within a healthcare insurance IT environment. Strong project planning experience, including technical effort estimation and resource allocation., SharePoint and project management tool experience. Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel. Risk management experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience preferred. PMP certification preferred. Required Certifications None required. Technical and/or Project Management certifications are desirable.
