Global It Scrum Master

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive agile transformation within a global IT team, coaching teams to adopt new ways of working and leading Scrum ceremonies.You will collaborate with PMO, Product Owners, agile squads, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively.You’ll remove impediments, foster collaboration, and promote transparency and continuous improvement across cross-functional groups.This is an opportunity to shape Agile practices at scale in a cybersecurity-focused services organization.You will be instrumental in aligning delivery with business goals while enabling teams to self-organize and innovate.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Facilitate agile transformation and coach ERP development team on Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts - Mentor team members in agile practices and support other Scrum Masters - Lead and organize sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure effective participation - Track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burndown, backlog health) and report to stakeholders - Foster cross-functional collaboration, address dependencies, and drive continuous improvementResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach - Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe - Familiarity with ERP systems and development processes (advantageous) - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills - Data-driven decision making and analytical problem-solving abilities - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and empower self-organization - Some international experience (desirable)Requisitos principales -
