Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE., eNGINE is looking for a .NET / Angular Developer to join a team supporting and enhancing business-critical applications.

This is a UI-focused development position, with Angular making up a significant part of the day-to-day work. You’ll also need a solid foundation in ASP.NET and C#, along with experience working with APIs, SQL Server, and application testing.

The team is beginning to adopt Blazor and already has an application running on the framework, so hands-on Blazor experience would be a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance user-facing applications with a strong emphasis on Angular
• Build and maintain applications using ASP.NET and C#
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs and the applications that consume them
• Test and troubleshoot APIs using Postman and SoapUI
• Support applications built with .NET and the .NET Framework
• Work with SQL Server to support application functionality and data needs
• Use Git or similar source-control tools in a collaborative development environment
• Work within an Agile development process using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Contribute to the team’s ongoing adoption of Blazor
• Troubleshoot issues across the UI, application, API, and database layers
• Collaborate with other developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders

• 4+ years of professional experience with ASP.NET and C#
• Strong experience developing UI applications, particularly with Angular
• Experience working with .NET and the .NET Framework
• Solid JavaScript experience
• Experience working with REST and SOAP services
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016 or newer
• Experience using Postman for API testing
• Familiarity with SoapUI
• Experience with Git or another source-control platform
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
