We’re hiring a SAP HCM ConsultantRubí - Hybrid / 2 days officeAt Capitole, we are looking for aJunior SAP HCM Consultanteager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.What’s the challenge?You’ll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolvingSAP HCMsolutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.This role combinesfunctional consulting,SAP configuration,basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.? You’ll be working on: SupportingSAP HCMincidents and business requests.ConfiguringPersonnel Administration (PA),Payroll (PY)andTime Management (PT).Participating infunctional testing, validations and production releases.Creating functional and technical documentation.Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.What we’re looking for: Experience or academic background inSAP HCM Knowledge ofPersonnel Administration (PA) Understanding ofPayroll (PY)andTime Management (PT) BasicABAPknowledge Good communication with business users Fluent English levelB2+or aboveNice to have: ?
