Sap Payroll Consultant

Position OverviewSpencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice.We are seeking an experienced GlobalView Payroll Operations Consultant to support ongoing payroll operations for Spain. The consultant will provide day-to-day operational support, ensure payroll accuracy, and collaborate with client stakeholders to maintain efficient payroll delivery.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day payroll operations using ADP GlobalView.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.Collaborate with client stakeholders and payroll teams to support business-as-usual operations.Recommend process improvements and payroll best practices where appropriate.Required QualificationsStrong experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll.Experience supporting payroll operations in a production environment.Strong understanding of payroll processes and controls.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent English.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Spain payroll.Spanish language skills.Experience supporting multinational payroll environments.DurationProject-based consulting engagement with a start as soon as possible, continuing through April **.Level of Effort50% (Part-time).Working HoursStandard Spain business hours.About UsSpencer Thomas Group (STG) is a Professional Services firm that delivers comprehensive business solutions worldwide.
