Job description
- Design and maintain ODS, EDW, data lakes, and data marts.
- Develop scalable batch and real-time ETL pipelines using Informatica Cloud, AWS, Azure Data Factory, and SQL-based tools.
- Create data models, architecture diagrams, and reusable ingestion frameworks.
- Optimize data warehouse performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead data governance initiatives including data lineage, cataloging, and data quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver production-grade ETL solutions.
- Build automated testing frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development.
- 3+ years in a technical lead role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and Informatica Cloud.
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- Strong expertise in OLAP data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale data environments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI DSS).
- Fintech or financial services experience.
- Experience with business intelligence, compliance analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
