Application Developer - Actimize IFM / Fraud

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong NICE Actimize Fraud (IFM) expertise to support, enhance, and maintain the bank’s fraud detection and prevention platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing and customizing Actimize IFM solutions, including workflows, rules, plugins, integrations, and application enhancements. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, application support teams, and technical teams to deliver new functionality, optimize existing fraud detection capabilities, troubleshoot production issues, and support platform upgrades. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance NICE Actimize IFM (Intelligent Fraud Management) applications.
• Develop and customize Actimize workflows, rules, business logic, and plugins to support fraud detection and prevention requirements.
• Build and maintain data integration pipelines between Actimize IFM and internal/external banking systems.
• Translate business and fraud-prevention requirements into technical solutions within the Actimize platform.
• Develop, modify, and optimize custom fraud detection rules and logic.
• Perform application enhancements, configuration changes, and Actimize platform customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Actimize application, integration, workflow, and production issues.
• Participate in Actimize upgrades, patches, deployments, and release activities.
• Provide production support and participate in an on-call support rotation as required.
• Work closely with fraud, risk, compliance, business, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze application performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and fraud detection effectiveness.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring production issues.
• Support testing, deployment, and validation of new Actimize functionality and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with the bank’s risk management, legal, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Actimize configurations, integrations, rules, and support procedures.

• Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize IFM / Intelligent Fraud Management.
• Proven experience as an Actimize Developer, IFM Developer, or Actimize Application Developer.
• Strong experience developing and customizing Actimize rules, workflows, plugins, and business logic.
• Experience with Actimize data integrations and data pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience supporting Actimize upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
• Understanding of fraud detection and prevention processes within the banking/financial services industry.
• Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience with large-scale fraud detection and transaction monitoring platforms.
• Experience integrating Actimize with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, SQL, and enterprise application integrations.
• NICE Actimize certifications are a plus.
