Enterprise Workplace Technology Architect

• Define the technical vision and architecture for enterprise workplace technology.
• Develop roadmaps for endpoint, mobility, VDI, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
• Lead architecture and modernization initiatives across Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, VDI, and enterprise mobility.
• Establish technical standards, architecture guidelines, security controls, and governance practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available workplace technology solutions.
• Drive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance on complex workplace technology and architecture issues.
• Partner with Security, Identity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and business teams on enterprise solutions.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects and provide technical direction across the organization.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise workplace technology, engineering, or architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale workplace technology architectures and roadmaps.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Jamf, endpoint management, and VDI.
• Experience with automation, scripting, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity, governance, and architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate as a senior technical authority and influence decisions across a large organization.

Preferred

• Experience with workplace AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Experience in large or highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud modernization and digital workplace transformation.
