SAP Technology and D&A Senior Associate

As a SAP Technology and D&A Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing increased ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Your work will contribute to the Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP sector, where you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement SAP software solutions effectively
• Managing installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Developing and supporting SAP solutions to optimize operational efficiency
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for SAP technology enhancements
• Integrating SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to improve data visualization and insights
• Collaborating with teams to drive business transformation and process optimization
• Navigating complex situations to deliver strategic technology planning and solutions
• Building meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs
• Upholding professional and technical standards within SAP technology projects
• Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for strategic technology planning
• Developing solutions with Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA
• Embracing change and process optimization in business transformation projects
• Navigating complex client relationships with intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking
• Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and teamwork

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
