?Change Manager - P2P / Coupa??About the roleWe are looking for aChange Managerto support a globalProcure-to-Pay transformation programmewithin an international environment.In this role, you will play a key part in the rollout ofCoupa P2P across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina, managing the change management strategy, communications, training, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.You will work closely with global and local stakeholders acrossProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management and business teams, ensuring that the organisation is prepared for the transformation and that change is successfully adopted.This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong organisational skills and the ability to proactively identify risks, resistance and actions across different locations.If you have experience leadingchange management initiatives within P2P or procurement transformation programmes, enjoy working in global environments and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and countries, this could be a great fit.?What you’ll do? Support and maintain the overallChange Management Strategyfor the P2P transformation programme? Develop and manage detailedChange, Communication and Training Plans? Coordinate change activities acrossColombia, Mexico and Argentina? Work closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement and business readiness? Coordinate the preparation and adaptation oftraining materials and training data? Create and coordinate communications to be distributed through local business teams? ConductBusiness Readiness Assessmentsand track readiness activities ahead of deployment? Identify resistance to change at an early stage and define actions to mitigate risks and adoption barriers? Manage change-related issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle? SupportGo-Live and Hypercareactivities from a change management perspective? Maintain action trackers, project deliverables and reporting to ensure activities remain on schedule? Coordinate activities and deliverables across several countries and stakeholder groups? Prepare clear documentation, reporting and status updates for project and senior stakeholders? Foster strong collaboration between global teams, local business teams and project stakeholders? Contribute to future rollout waves, including activities related tolocal requirements, translations and employee consultation processes?Must Have? Proven experience inChange Management, ideally within transformation or implementation programmes? Experience supporting or leadingProcure-to-Pay (P2P)implementations or transformations? Strong understanding of P2P processes, particularly acrossProcurement, Invoicing and Supplier Management? Experience working withinglobal organisationsand managing change across multiple countries or business units? Strongproject management and coordination skills? Ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and weekly action trackers simultaneously? Hands-on experience identifyingresistance to changeand developing effective mitigation actions? Experience working within project teams and implementing structured change programmes? Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with bothsenior management and local business teams? Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication and training materials to different audiences? Strong documentation and reporting capabilities? High level of autonomy, ownership and proactive problem-solving? FluentEnglish and Spanish?Nice to Have? Previous experience withCoupa? Experience working withSAP or PeopleSoft?
