At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a talented UX Designer to join a leading organization within the Finance Analytics & Planning sector .This role will support a broad Finance transformation landscape, helping to design modern, user-centric experiences across planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.Initially, the main focus will be on Planning applications , with the opportunity to expand into Reporting & Analytics initiatives as the role evolves.Main responsibilities: Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Finance Planning solutions.Work with highly customizable planning applications built on top of a leading OLAP planning technology (TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics).Transform complex financial planning processes into simple and efficient user journeys.Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define UX strategies and design solutions.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.Contribute to the design of analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and performance across all user interfaces.Support UX best practices across the wider Finance Analytics ecosystem.Who are you?Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI/UX Designer.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or data-driven applications.Knowledge of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Fluent English.Nice to have: Experience with Finance Planning, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes.Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).Experience designing solutions in Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tagetik, or other Business Intelligence platforms.Understanding of OLAP-based planning environments and enterprise reporting solutions.Who are we?Since **, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in **, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.With expertise in a wide range of industrial and service sectors, Astek is an essential partner, supporting its customers in an intelligent deployment of their products and services, and in the implementation of their digital transformation.Today we are more than 8,000 employees, committed every day to promote the complementarity between digital technologies and complex systems engineering.Our style is to have flexible schedules and highly value the well-being of our employees.Why join us?You will grow professionally in a company in constant development and evolution.You will benefit from a personalized follow-up of your professional projects as close as possible to your ambitions.You will make a real contribution to the company’s development in real time.?
