IntroWe are looking for a motivated Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager to join our Business Systems team.In this role, you will transform complex global data into reliable semantic models, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and other business functions.Our data landscape is international and not standardized.You should be comfortable working with incomplete or inconsistent data, questioning requirements, setting priorities, and creating sustainable solutions.What will you doDesigning, developing, and maintaining professional Power BI reports and dashboardsBuilding and managing scalable Power BI semantic models, designed with future AI capabilities in mindDesigning fact tables, dimensions, relationships, hierarchies, and star schemasDeveloping reusable and performant DAX measuresWriting, maintaining, and optimizing T?SQL queries for Microsoft SQL ServerPreparing and transforming data using SQL, Power Query, and Power BIIntegrating data from ERP, CRM, Excel, APIs, and other business systemsValidating and reconciling data against source systemsChallenging unclear requirements and identifying the actual business problemInvestigating data?quality issues and clearly communicating limitationsManaging workspaces, semantic models, refreshes, gateways, permissions, and row?level security in the Power BI ServicePrioritizing reporting requirements based on business value, effort, urgency, and data availabilityTraining and supporting BI users across different departments, countries, and culturesWhat do we expectSeveral years’ experience in a similar role, with practical experience on Power BI Desktop and Power BI ServiceStrong knowledge of semantic?model design and dimensional modellingStrong DAX and Power Query skillsSolid Microsoft SQL Server and T?SQL experienceAbility to write queries using joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, aggregations, views, and stored proceduresExperience working with complex, inconsistent, and non?standardized dataStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem?solvingAbility to understand Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and other business processesConfidence in questioning requirements and challenging legacy reporting approachesCan?do attitude, ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to set prioritiesFluent language skills in English, German language skills are an advantageExperience with Microsoft Fabric, SSRS, SAP Business One, CRM systems, DAX Studio, Git, or Azure data services is a plusAs AI reshapes our field, we expect you to understand how to bring our BI into an AI?driven worldOur offerCompetitive remuneration packageHybrid and flexible working hoursTeam building events and company activitiesOpportunities for professional developmentFree car parking#J-*****-Ljbffr
