Job description

Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure
Ensure high system availability, performance, scalability, and reliability
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
Reduce operational overhead through automation and self-healing mechanisms
Support production releases and deployment activities
Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based infrastructure and services
Implement cloud best practices for security, availability, scalability, and cost optimization
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application-related issues
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
Automate deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows
Implement Infrastructure as Code practices
Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency
Partner with development teams to streamline software delivery processes
Drive continuous improvement across DevOps and release management practices
Contribute to application enhancements and operational tooling using C# and .NET technologies
Develop utilities, automation scripts, and support tools
Assist development teams with production support and performance improvements
Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot application issues and provide fixes where required

Requirements

Strong AWS and DevOps experience
