Head of Technology - UK (Hybrid) - c£100K + BenefitsWe are working with a growing Microsoft technology organisation that is investing heavily in AI, automation and Microsoft cloud technologies. They are looking for an experienced Head of Technology to lead their technical strategy, develop a specialist team and drive the adoption of Microsoft’s latest technologies.This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and AI, who can combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, people leadership and commercial awareness.Key Responsibilities:Leading Microsoft & AI technology strategy and a team of technical specialists.Providing technical leadership across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and Azure.Driving AI, automation and Copilot adoption across the business.Overseeing enterprise solution design, architecture, governance and delivery.Partnering with senior stakeholders and customers to deliver technology solutions.Supporting pre-sales, solution design and technical propositions.Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business outcomes.Skills & Experience:Strong commercial experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.Significant Power Platform experience, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.Strong experience with Copilot Studio, AI and agentic solutions.Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure.Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.Strong knowledge of architecture, governance, security and ALM.Confident working with senior stakeholders and customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
