• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of three data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Innovate with Data: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that optimize pricing strategies and solve complex business challenges.
• Predict the Future: Create predictive and prescriptive models to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Data Automation: Develop and automate sophisticated analytical processes to enhance operational efficiency and insights delivery.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and commercial value across the organization.
• Effective Communication: Present insights and recommendations with clarity and conviction to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Technical Excellence: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning algorithms; experience with R, Hadoop, and Spark is a plus.
• Advanced Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of data structures, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and stochastic processes.
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience working in cloud-based environments such as AWS or ADO.
• Data Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor data professionals, driving both individual and team success.
• Effective Communication: Clear and impactful communication of complex data insights to a variety of audiences.
• Data Strategy Awareness: Understanding of GDPR, data protection, and the role of data in driving commercial outcomes.
