We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and operations, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Conduct thorough analysis of current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions for clients
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations for our clients
• Document and maintain accurate records of IT systems, processes, and procedures
• Train and support end-users on new systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, operations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with project management and implementation
• Knowledge of programming languages and database management is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) is a plus
