ServiceNow Identity Governance Engineer

• Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Enhance clients’ identity visibility, entitlement management, and security posture using relevant technologies.
• Guide onboarding activities and ensure successful project outcomes.

• At least five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with a minimum of two years in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing identity lifecycle management, access controls, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven leadership in managing technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
