Brief Introduction of Alpha-ESSPuede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.Alpha ESS is a leading manufacturer of electricity storage systems and a pioneer in the successful implementation of the energy transition.After more than 10 years of experience in the production of energy storage solutions, Alpha ESS has already installed over 30,000 stationary storage solutions worldwide.Due to the extensive investments in research & development since the beginning, Alpha ESS has been able to establish itself as an innovative full-range supplier on the European market.In order to be able to continue this success, Alpha ESS is reaching out to new talented colleagues.We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable new members of our team who want to work together to preserve the environment and our planet.Responsibilities:Act as the technical interface for the company’s energy storage products, providing professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processesResponsible for onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issuesSupport technical analysis for residential and C&I ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issuesHandle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution to improve customer satisfactionMaintain close communication with R&D and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimizationCollect and organize onsite operational data, service reports, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service recordsProvide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners, covering product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshootingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related fieldsExperience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, battery systems, or related electrical industries is preferredSolid electrical and system knowledge with the ability to independently analyze onsite issues and perform troubleshootingHands-on experience in onsite installation, commissioning, or technical service xbhjioeFamiliarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and TCP/IP is preferredStrong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with customers, installers, and internal teamsCustomer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and driving problem resolutionFluent in English as working languagesWillingness to travel within Europe when requiredWhat we offer:A steep learning curve and an appreciative corporate culture.Insights into the corporate development and strategic orientation of a rapidly growing start-up companyParticipation in a highly motivated and efficient teamExpand horizons as the company grows globallyCompensation higher than the average level
