SENIOR DATA ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of data analysts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data., Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions

• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Develop and implement data collection processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and timely results
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
