EXalt España busca un/una Product Owner para liderar el delivery del squad de desarrollo backend, con foco en convertir iniciativas de negocio en trabajo ejecutable y asegurar su entrega hasta producción.Se requiere al menos 4 años de experiencia en un contexto técnico, conocimientos de Java, APIs REST y herramientas Agile (Scrum/Kanban).Se valorará Proactividad, comunicación efectiva y capacidad de colaborar en equipos multidisciplinares.#J-*****-Ljbffr
