Product Designer For Design Systems

????????: Wizeline is a global digital services company that helps mid-size and Fortune 500 companies build, scale, and deliver high-quality digital products and services through human-centered experiences, digital core modernization, and AI/ML and data capabilities.??????: Build new design system components based on product team needs Refine existing components for edge cases, accessibility requirements, and multi-brand applications Maintain and organize Figma libraries Create documentation explaining when and how to use components Work with design tokens and Figma variables to support theming, multi-brand needs, and maintainability at scale Bridge Index and product-area extensions so patterns flow between the core system and specialized libraries Partner with engineering on design-to-code alignment Manage work independently and communicate progress and blockers proactively through async collaboration Maintain high standards of precision and consistency ??????????: 4+ Years of product design experience, including meaningful experience working on or contributing to design systems Portfolio showing design systems work Strong Figma skills, including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables Experience with design tokens and their use for theming, consistency, and multi-brand support Solid understanding of typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG Strong documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field Nice to have: understanding of design systems connected to code, design system versioning and contribution workflows, multi-brand or white-label design system challenges, distributed or fully remote team experience, background in news media, publishing, or content-heavy products, design system tooling beyond Figma such as Storybook or Zeroheight, AI tooling proficiency for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation ???????: Specific benefits are determined by the employment type and location; Professional development opportunities; Flexible and collaborative culture; Global opportunities; Vibrant community; Total rewards.#J-*****-Ljbffr
