Requirements

Solid experience in technology leadership roles, including leading multi-disciplinary teams at scale. Proven ownership of enterprise technology strategy, ideally within financial or security technology environments; Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-year digital or software projects. Deep knowledge of modern architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven), cloud-native operations, DevSecOps/SRE, and the impact of AI on technology organisations. Ability to build high-trust, high-performance, and inclusive engineering cultures. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Experience managing technology portfolios, vendors, and partners at scale. Strong understanding of aligning technology investments with business KPIs and outcomes. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
