Opportunity at Capitole - Workplace AI & End Users Services Project Manager Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager based in Barcelona to lead key IT and Workplace projects in a dynamic international environment.In this role, you will independently manage at least two parallel, ongoing projects, driving digital adoption and steering cross-functional stakeholders across global entities to ensure successful delivery and business benefits realization.Job Responsibilities Define and monitor project scope, costs, detailed plans, and quality constraints, while leading steering committees and tailoring reporting for diverse audiences.Identify dependencies, maintain risk registers, and implement effective mitigation strategies within a global governance framework.Proactively engage cross-functional teams (product, sales, underwriting, compliance) to ensure seamless deployment and post-go-live change management (BAU handover, training).Ensure project alignment with Agile and DevOps methodologies, adhering to architectural, data, safety, and quality standards.Must Have 8 years of experience in Workplace and End User Services project management and digital adoption within international, multi-entity environments.Hands-on approach to drive concrete results, establish governance, and manage project gating documentation and risk mitigation.Proven change management expertise and strong ability to lead cross-functional groups without formal authority in matrix structures.Trilingual proficiency: English, French, and Spanish.Nice to Have Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, MS365 tools, and Generative AI / Workplace AI products.Financial background and strong business acumen (insurance or assistance sector context is a plus).Why join us?€1,200/year for training Free private health insurance Flexible remuneration for transport, nursery, and restaurant vouchers ? ??
