Would you like to start a new professional adventure as aAI Project Managerin one of our opportunities in theIT & Digital Transformationindustry inBarcelona??Your missions?* Lead and coordinate multipleWorkplace and End Users Services projectsin an international environment.* Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery withinscope, cost, quality and timelines.* Coordinate international stakeholders across different entities, business functions, product teams and technical experts.* Establish and maintain projectgovernance, including Steering Committees, reporting, KPIs and decision-making materials.* Identify dependencies, manage therisk registerand proactively mitigate risks and issues.* Drivechange management, adoption and training activities, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations.* Coordinate local rollouts and ensure alignment with business cases, expected benefits and deployment plans.* Ensure alignment withAgile, DevOps, architectural, data, security and quality standards.* Work on projects involvingWorkplace AI and Generative AI solutionswithin the Microsoft 365 environment.??Your profile?* Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.8+ years of experiencein IT Project Management, Workplace / End User Services or Digital Adoption projects. Proven experience managingmultiple projects in parallel within international and matrix environments.* Strong experience inproject governance, risk management and change management.* Hands-on and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving and delivery skills.* Good knowledge ofAgile methodologieswould be a plus.* Experience withWorkplace AI / Generative AI and Microsoft 365would be a plus.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work withsenior and executive stakeholders.* Fluent inSpanish, French and English, both written and spoken.?Work modelHybrid position:2 days per week in theBarcelona office.?What do we offer? • Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Workplace / End User Services or Digital Adoption projects.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel within international and matrix environments .

• Strong experience in project governance, risk management and change management .

• Hands-on and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving and delivery skills.

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies would be a plus.

• Experience with Workplace AI / Generative AI and Microsoft 365 would be a plus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders .

• Fluent in Spanish, French and English , both written and spoken.
