Python Engineer

At CAPITOLE, we’re growing and we’d love for you to grow with us.We are looking for aPython Engineerwith strong experience inmicroservices, distributed systems, and data-intensive applicationsto join an international technology project.What will you do?Design and develop scalablePython servicesandREST/GraphQL APIs .Build solutions based onmicroservices and event-driven architectures .Develop and maintain distributed workflows and data pipelines usingApache Airflow .Work with messaging and asynchronous processing technologies such asRabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and Celery .Work with databases such asClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB , focusing on performance and scalability.Containerize services withDockerand contribute to CI/CD and automated testing practices.Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams on architecture and technical decisions.Work in a modern engineering environment whereAI-assisted development and agentic systemsare increasingly part of the development workflow.What are we looking for??? Strong professional experience developing withPython .?? Solid experience withmicroservicesandevent-driven/distributed architectures .?? Experience with Python frameworks such asFastAPI, Django, or Flask .?? Experience working withGraphQL APIs .?? Hands-on experience withDocker .?? Experience withApache Airflowand data/workflow orchestration.?? Experience withClickHouseor similar data-intensive database environments.?? Experience with messaging technologies such asRabbitMQ or Kafka .??C1 Englishlevel and ability to work in a fully English-speaking environment.? Experience buildingAI agents or agentic systemswill be highly valued.? Familiarity with AI development tools such asCursor or Claude Codeis a plus.
